Upstairs, 1 bedroom with 2 90x200 beds, 1 bedroom with 1 140x190 bed and a lounge area.
Wifi, baby equipment.
Outside: enclosed garden of 1100m² to share with the owners, covered terrace with area close to the Charente at the end of the garden.
Motorcycle/bicycle garage on site. Flow Cycling, swimming pool and swimming in the immediate vicinity. Public parking on site. Country house adjoining the owners' house, not overlooked. The cottage is well located for quick access to places to visit, the vineyard and the Bain des Dames area (swimming, canoeing, games, picnic area, etc.).
