Apartment located on the ground floor of a modern terraced house with private entrance.
Beautiful private garden with table and chairs for outdoor dining or simply relaxing.
In 75 square meters of space it accommodates 6 people with a double bedroom, a single bedroom and in the living room a single sofa bed and a French sofa bed.
We are located near the A13 motorway exit of Fiera Ferrara.
Possibility to park for free on the street.
LIVING AREA: double sofa bed, TV and kitchenette with four gas burners, moka coffee maker, dishwasher, gas kettle, microwave oven, traditional oven and various kitchen utensils.
BEDROOM 1: double bed and wardrobe.
BEDROOM 2: single bed, desk and wardrobe.
BATHROOM 1: with shower cubicle and bathtub, bidet and toilet.
BATHROOM 2: bidet, washing machine and toilet.
OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: split A/C (located in the double bedroom, single bedroom and in the living room), unlimited wifi, iron and ironing board.
Private garden for the exclusive use of guests.
PLEASE NOTE: Garbage collection and disposal is MANDATORY and the responsibility of guests.
Any deficiencies, will be charged at check out.

NB: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.
