Experience the best view in town from your own personal swing chair! Located right in the heart of the city, 12 minutes away walking distance to the Old City and 10 minutes away from the House of Parliament, our home will give you a unique & unforgettable stay in Bucharest.
Guests are welcome to enjoy full access to the apartment during their stay, with the only exception of a small storage area marked “Staff Only”, used by our team.
Depending on the circumstances (e.g. emergencies, parties or complaints from neighbours), there may be times where our team requires entry into the home, especially in cases where the guest is unreachable.
Our team will do our best to communicate any such events in advance. • Please note that for safety & security reasons, our home features a video doorbell outside of the apartment. • Please consider that the apt. features an outdoor terrace, which means that you may encounter bugs or insects. • We reserve the right to carry out unannounced inspections of our home, if there is suspicion of inappropriate behaviour, illegal activities or possible damage to the space. • Access to the property is strictly limited to the guests included in the reservation.
Unregistered guests are not allowed at any time.
Unauthorised access or high-traffic activity (e.g. gatherings, commercial use) will be charged at full occupancy rate and may lead to immediate cancellation without refund. • If you are booking for commercial purposes (e.g. photoshoots), kindly notify us in advance with the details of your use of the property, as terms and pricing may vary. • Guests are required to complete a Check In Form prior to their arrival which includes standard information (e.g. emergency contact number, etc.) as well as submitting a photo ID, as required by law, in accordance with art. 3, paragraph D of law nr. 237 from 2001 regarding guest access and registration in touristic structures. • Please note that invoicing is not possible for this home. Thank you! Quiet hours: 22:00 to 8:00. Pets: Allowed.

Additional rules: • No shoes inside the home • No smoking inside the home (penalties apply) • Parties inside the home are strictly forbidden (penalties apply) • Quiet hours between 10PM - 8AM • Clean right after your pet (if any) to ensure no damage is made to the home • Furniture must be returned to its original position on departure • All windows must be closed on departure • Turn off all AC’s, lights & other electrical appliances on departure • Pet Fee - 39€ / pet / stay It gives us no bigger pleasure than to be part of your amazing experience while in Bucharest.

Walk in nearby Cismigiu Park, one of the city's most beautiful open spaces. Step inside our unique studio apartment home, featuring an amazing 45sqm open terrace overlooking the city center, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom. Our home has been designed for both long term stays as well as short.
Here’s an overview of the space: • Bedroom area - Comfortable Queen size bed with memory foam mattress. - TV for your viewing pleasure including cable & Netflix access. - AC unit covering the entire room. - Workspace for the busy traveler. - Bathroom & Terrace access. • Kitchen - Fully equipped kitchen with all required pans & cooking ustensil, large fridge, oven, gas stove, microwave & washing machine as well as a Nespresso coffee machine. • Bathroom - Shower cabin for a comfortable experience. - Blow dryer and a full range of toiletries offered. • Terrace - Outdoor furniture with comfortable sitting area. - Beautiful private swing. - Breathtaking sunsets overlooking Bucharest alongside an exclusive view of the House of Parliament.
