Wander around the historic streets of Bucharest while living right in the heart of it. Get lost into the multitude of small pastries and coffee shops the Old Town has to offer or have an adventurous night out with friends into the many pubs located right next to home.
Guests are welcome to enjoy full access to the apartment during their stay, with the only exception of a small storage area marked “Staff Only”, used by our team.
Depending on the circumstances (e.g. emergencies, parties or complaints from neighbours), there may be times where our team requires entry into the home, especially in cases where the guest is unreachable.
Our team will do our best to communicate any such events in advance. • Please note that for safety & security reasons, our home features a video doorbell outside of the apartment. • Access to the property is strictly limited to the guests included in the reservation.
Unregistered guests are not allowed at any time.
Unauthorised access or high-traffic activity (e.g. gatherings, commercial use) will be charged at full occupancy rate and may lead to immediate cancellation without refund. • We reserve the right to carry out unannounced inspections of our home, if there is suspicion of inappropriate behaviour, illegal activities or possible damage to the space. • If you require the use of the extendable couch during your stay, please let us know in advance so we can provide the necessary bedding.
Since this is prepared only upon request, last-minute notices may not guarantee availability of linens. • If you are booking for commercial purposes (e.g. photoshoots), kindly notify us in advance with the details of your use of the property, as terms and pricing may vary. • Guests are required to complete a Check In Form prior to their arrival which includes standard information (e.g. emergency contact number, etc.) as well as submitting a photo ID, as required by law, in accordance with art. 3, paragraph D of law nr. 237 from 2001 regarding guest access and registration in touristic structures. • Please note that invoicing is not possible for this home. Thank you! Quiet hours: 22:00 to 8:00. Pets: Allowed.
Smoking: Not allowed.

Additional rules: • No shoes inside the home • No smoking inside the home (penalties apply) • Parties inside the home are strictly forbidden (penalties apply) • Quiet hours between 10PM - 8AM • Clean right after your pet (if any) to ensure no damage is made to the home • Furniture must be returned to its original position on departure • All windows must be closed on departure • Turn off all AC’s, lights & other electrical appliances on departure • Pet Fee - 39€ / pet / stay It gives us no bigger pleasure than to be part of your amazing experience while in Bucharest.
That being said, we do our best to be reachable 24/7 for any inquiries, suggestions or issues you might have. Our home is located right in the heart of the city, close to University Square Station.
Within a 5-minute radius are over 100 restaurants, clubs and pubs, plus many shops.
Walk in nearby Cismigiu Park, one of the city's most beautiful open spaces. Our home has been designed for both long term stays as well as short.
Here’s an overview of the home: • Living Room & Kitchen - Large extendable couch for larger families or friends travelling together. - Fully equipped kitchen with all required pans & cooking utensils, large fridge, oven, gas hot stove, microwave as well as a Lavazza coffee machine. - High dining table that easily accommodates 4 people. - Retractable TV for comfortable viewing both from the couch or the dining table. - Balcony access for enjoying your morning coffee outside. - AC unit covering the entire living area. • Bedroom - Comfortable Queen size bed with memory foam mattress. - 43 inch TV for your viewing pleasure including Netflix access. - Bathroom access. - AC unit covering the entire room. • Bathroom - Large walk in shower for a comfortable experience. - Blow dryer and a full range of toiletries offered. • Hallway - Large dressing space with front mirrors, big enough to fit your entire family’s belongings for a lenghty stay. - Shoe rack & outdoor clothes hanging area.
