This pretty holiday home sleeps up to 4 people and is located in a peaceful setting just 5 minutes' drive from the well-known resort of Pleneuf-Val-André. On the ground floor, you have a spacious bedroom with en suite bathroom opening onto a lovely ground-level terrace. You then have access to the first floor via an outside staircase leading to a second attractive terrace overlooking the garden. Inside, there is a pleasant living room with sofa bed, the kitchen and a 2nd bedroom with its own bathroom. The fully enclosed grounds are ideal for children and 4-legged friends. 2 cars can also be parked in complete safety.
Saint-Alban is a small inland town nestling between the Bay of St Brieuc and the Emerald Coast. Just a few minutes by bike or car will take you to the first beach (approx. 3 km) and the charming port of Dahouêt. A little further on, with its fine sand stretching for 2.5 km, Val-André beach is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful beaches on the north coast. The resort's magnificent golf course is also popular and well-known throughout France!
