Exclusive and large suite for two people located in the heart of Ostuni, furnished with modern and elegant design elements.
Located in a characteristic street in the historic center (ZTL), the suite offers a breathtaking panoramic view from the large windows, the balcony and the refined bathtub.
Immersed in a vibrant atmosphere, surrounded by clubs and meeting points that enliven the nightlife, it is perfect for those who want to experience the nightlife of Ostuni and explore the city on foot. The 55 m2 suite is located on the ground floor of a period building (there are three steps at the entrance) and has an independent entrance from the street and a balcony with a panoramic view. It has a double bed, walk-in wardrobe, sofa, TV and dining table.
It is also equipped with a mini fridge with freezer, electric kettle, microwave and coffee machine.
The bathroom is equipped with toilet, bidet, shower cubicle and designer bathtub with a view. Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, central underfloor heating, central A/C, drying rack.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee). OTHER THINGS TO KNOW: - The accommodation is located in a restricted traffic zone and cannot be reached by car. - The street is located in the historic center, in the heart of the Ostuni nightlife: there are several nightclubs in the immediate vicinity that play music. - The fireplace is NOT working. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.

After 21.00, check-in directly at the apartment is available with the following supplements: - 21.00 - 23.00: € 25.00; - 23.00 - 24.00: € 30.00; - 24:00 - 01.30: € 40.00. The city tax of 1.00 euro per night per person will be charged in cash, for the first 5 nights, as provided by the municipality of Ostuni. The historical center of Ostuni, called by its inhabitants as "La Terra", is characterized by a maze of winding roads, little squares and gardens, alleys and glimpses of the Adriatic sea. The lower part of the city is surrounded by the old city wall, where the only two still intact entrances are located: Porta Nova and Porta San Demetrio. On top of the hill you can find the Cathedral, with its large rose window divided in 24 parts, Palazzo Vescovile and the old Seminario. Another place of interest is the Museum of Preclassic Civilizations of the Southern Murgia, where the cast of a pregnant woman, Delia, who lived 25.000 years ago and was found in a cave near the city in 1991, is preserved. Among the most interesting exhibits there are pottery and ornaments, flints, stone tools, from the paleolithic till the age of the metals. One of the main attraction for tourists in Apulia is definitely the coast of Ostuni, where you can find Rosa Marina, Monticelli and Costa Merlata beach areas. The apartment is in the ZTL and directly overlooks a pedestrian street.
It is possible to park for a fee at the Ostuni car park, in via Giovanni Palatucci 3, a 5-minute walk from the flat.
