The accommodation is located in an area full of all services and boasts a wonderful view of the San Terenzo beach. We are close to bars, restaurants and cafes and the ferry to the splendid Cinque Terre, Portovenere, La Spezia and Tellaro. The accommodation has an equipped kitchen, washing machine, TV.

The apartment of approximately 64 m2 is located on the fourth floor of a building WITHOUT a lift. To access the apartment you need to take the stairs.

- BEDROOM II with a double bed, a chest of drawers and a sofa.

- KITCHENETTE with hob, fridge, freezer, moka, oven, microwave, kitchen utensils;

- BATHROOM with sink, shower, bidet, toilet.

- TERRACE with a fabulous panoramic view of the Gulf of Poets

Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.
