The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 30 m² flat for rent in Courseulles-sur-Mer, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a 30 m² garden.
We're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 20 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc. - One bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) - Shower room - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, iron. 2 bicycles are available (parked in the veranda) in front of the entrance to the accommodation.
Outside: - A 2x1m balcony with furniture - A 30 m² enclosed garden with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The flat is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities : - During your stay, you'll have the chance to enjoy a wide range of activities: walks or cycle rides along the coast, to the marina or the pretty Parc d'Édit, sailing school, market, fishing, museum, cinema, swimming pool, Casino, bowling, miniature golf, skatepark, etc. - Visit the Juno Beach museum between the sea and the flat, accessible on foot.
Discovery of the D-Day landing beaches and museums - Bike hire Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Caen 25 km (30 min by car) - Nearest airport: Carpiquet 20 km (27 min by car) - Public transport: Stop 200 m from accommodation - Port of Ouithreham 15 km away (20 min by car) Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site).

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à Courseulles dans cet appartement sympa avec en plus un petit jardin fort agréable.Avoir une place de parking privé c'est rare et fort appréciable.

Au Jardin de Mel endroit agréable, appartement assez grand et déco sympa, il ne manque rien. petit jardin pour se relaxer et manger. seul bémol les escaliers pas très pratique pour les personnes âgées et les petits. sinon génial.
