It comprises an attractive 50 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 150 m².
Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation is as follows: Ground floor: - 50 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area and fireplace - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Shower room - Separate WC First floor: - Bedroom 1: 1 queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: 2 single beds - Lounge area with double sofa bed - Bathroom with bath - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside: - A beautiful 150 m² private garden and 120 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. - A swimming pool (unheated, open from May to September) measuring 11mx6m and 0 to 1.5 m deep The house is ideally located in Istres, in a very pleasant environment.
Nearby, you can enjoy all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...
Activities : - Golf course - Beach activities - Horse riding centre - Pond nearby - Tennis courts Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, with two spaces available.
