This charming 56 m² flat in Saint-Jean-de-Monts can accommodate up to 4 people and is less than a kilometre from the beach.
Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 29 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
Sheets and towels are available at an additional cost.

The accommodation comprises - A 29 m² living room with TV, DVD player, sofa and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1 with double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2 with twin beds (80/190) (can be joined together to form a double bed), TV - Bathroom with bath - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior: - A 10 m² balcony surrounds the flat so you can enjoy the sunny days with furniture.
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Jean-de-Monts, in a very pleasant environment.
All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
Activities : - The forest offers a wide range of walks, trails and cycle routes throughout the town. - Noirmoutier is just 35 minutes away by car - Le puy du fou is 45 minutes away by car - The hinterland with its windmills and walks - A large white sandy beach as far as the eye can see for sand yachting, windsurfing, paddle boarding...
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Nantes 75 km away - Bus: Saint Jean de Monts bus station is 2.5 km away, and shuttle buses are available for getting around town. - Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique 77 km away Other remarks: - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner).

Le Valentin "Had a fantastic stay. Isabelle very helpful and responsive.
Short walk to beach, town centre. Twice weekly market 2 minute walk. Boulanger and shop very close by also.
Excellent apartment, good space for damily of four, nice balcony, great kitchen. p
Plenty of wear, utilities etc.
I would recommend staying here."
