Situación buena, cerca transportes y puedes ir andando a qualquier lado. Calefacción que puedes regular tu misma. La ducha funcionava muy bien. Ideal disponer de plaza de párquing.
Faltan algunos utensilios más de cocina como un abridor de botellas o un trapo de cocina.
