The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming house with a swimming pool for rent in Villecroze.
It has a floor area of 144 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
It comprises a lovely 70 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a garden of around 10,000 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you! The property is laid out as follows: On the ground floor - A 70 m² living room with a TV, sofa, dining area… - A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds that can be pushed together - A shower room - A separate toilet Upstairs - Bedroom 3: en-suite with a queen-size bed (160×200), a bathroom with shower, toilet and balcony. For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue (with built-in griddle), washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - A private swimming pool (10m x 5m), heated for adults and children, open from April to October and fitted with an alarm - Pool house overlooking the pool, featuring benches, a dining table and garden furniture... - A beautiful, enclosed garden of 10,000 m² - A covered terrace of 16 m² with furniture to enjoy the sunny days The house is ideally situated in Villecroze, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the property’s private car park, which has space for several vehicles. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest station: Draguignan - Les Arcs TGV station, 30 km away (30 mins by car) - Marseille Saint-Charles SNCF station, 115 km away (1 hour 30 minutes by car) - Nearest airport: Nice Côte d’Azur Airport, 100 km away, approximately 1 hour 15 minutes by car Other notes: - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner. - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests - Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der Garten und der Pool sind toll, um zu entspannen.
Besonders toll ist, dass man durch unterschiedliche Liegen und Sitzgelegenheiten die Zeit an wechselnden Orten verbringen kann. Es gibt viele Schattenplätze und die Beleuchtung nachts ist atemberaubend.

Really lovely restful holiday in this house with the most beautiful gardens, lovely birds to watch, lots of comfortable seating areas, would happily return. Loic and his wife who maintain the property and show you round do a wonderful job.
