It is arranged on 2 levels like this: on the ground floor, large, long living room of almost 50m² adjoining the terrace thanks to the bay window, separate toilet.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (140x190) (140x190) (2x90x190), bathroom, separate toilet.
Outside: south-facing terrace, parking on site.
The gîte is adjoining another gîte but the entrances are independent and the outdoor living spaces have been created without vis-à-vis. Between the Rhône valley to the west and the foothills of the Vercors to the east, welcome to Romans-sur-Isère, the shoe capital with numerous cultural events and festivities (carnival in February, international folklore festival in July, Dauphiné fair in autumn).
Within a 30-minute radius: Valrhôna Chocolate City (Tain l'Hermitage), ideal palace of postman Cheval (Hauterives), Saint-Antoine-l'Abbaye abbey, Saint-Nazaire-en-Royans wheelboat, Lake of champos, Valencia.
