## Space
This 47 m² ground-floor apartment is fully equipped to offer you a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It stands out for the peaceful atmosphere of its large 14 m² shaded wooden terrace, as well as its private garden with synthetic grass, perfect for relaxing moments with family or friends.
The living area is welcoming and functional, featuring a sofa bed (140 × 190 cm) providing additional sleeping space, a pleasant dining area, as well as air conditioning and Wi-Fi for optimal comfort throughout your stay.
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook just like at home and includes a classic coffee maker, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, two fridge-freezers, and all the necessary kitchen utensils.
The sleeping area includes one spacious bedroom with a 160 × 200 cm double bed and two single bunk beds, suitable for both adults and children.
👉 All beds are equipped with duvets and pillows for your comfort.
The bathroom is well equipped and features a shower, washbasin, toilet, heated towel rail, and a hairdryer.
Outside, you will fully enjoy the large terrace, furnished with outdoor dining furniture, a lounge area, an electric barbecue, and sun loungers, as well as the private garden, perfect for relaxing in the Mediterranean sun.
For cooling off, the shared swimming pool of the Marina Lodge residence is available to all residents and is open from June 1st to September 30th.
Board games are available for convivial moments, and a bike storage room is accessible within the residence.
The apartment includes one private parking space.
The beach and the main shopping street are both within walking distance, allowing you to enjoy your stay without using a car.
👉 Upon arrival, the RIBOLEYS concierge service provides a welcome kit, including kitchen towels and microfiber cloths, a new sponge, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, and a bath mat.
👉 The RIBOLEYS team will welcome you directly at the apartment for key handover and will remain available throughout your stay.
👉 A baby kit (high chair and travel cot) can be rented as an optional service for €10 per stay, ideal for traveling light with a young child.

The apartment has a parking space at the entrance to the residence and a “drop-off” space 15m from the front door, very practical for unloading luggage!

Access to Vias' various beaches is easy via the cycle paths (2.5km) or directly from on-site parking lots. Many water activities are available on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddling, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is located close to a multitude of restaurants, bars and other shops.
## Neighborhood
The house is located in a private, secure residence. It is entirely gated. The residence is quiet and family-friendly.
## Transit
By train: The Vias train station is 1 kilometer from the historic center of Vias. For those preferring to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station with TER and TGV services. This station is only 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By plane: Béziers Cap d'Agde airport is the best way to get to Vias by plane. This airfield is 5 kilometers from Vias town center.
By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault region.

During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Saturday to Saturday.
A security deposit of 300 € will be requested upon your arrival.
Guests are invited to bring their own bed linen and towels.
You can book bed linen and towel kits for €10 per person per stay.
A baby kit (high chair and travel cot) can be rented as an optional service for €10 per stay, ideal for traveling light with a young child.
Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you prefer, we can do it for you for a fee of 84 € TTC.
End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory in July and August.
If the cleaning fee does not appear when booking, it must be paid on-site when collecting the keys.
Youth groups are not accepted.
