This charming 44 m² air-conditioned accommodation is fully equipped to offer you a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Located at the end of a gated and secure residence, the house enjoys a peaceful setting while being right in the heart of the seaside resort, with the beach and the main shopping street within walking distance.
On the ground floor, you will find a bright living area featuring a lounge with television, a convivial dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The bathroom, also located on the ground floor, includes a shower, a washbasin, and a hairdryer, while the toilets are separate for added comfort.
The kitchen allows you to cook just like at home and is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, classic filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, and all necessary kitchen utensils.
The sleeping area includes two comfortable bedrooms
one bedroom on the ground floor, fitted with a 140 × 190 cm double bed,
one bedroom upstairs, with a 140 × 190 cm double bed and two single beds (90 × 190 cm), ideal for families.
👉 All beds are equipped with duvets and pillows for your comfort.
Upstairs, you will also enjoy a mezzanine, featuring a sofa corner with television and a desk area, perfect for relaxing or working remotely.
Outside, the house offers a pleasant terrace equipped with a retractable awning, a charcoal barbecue, outdoor dining furniture, and two sun loungers, ideal for outdoor meals and relaxing under the Mediterranean sun.
The property includes two parking spaces located directly in front of the house, within the secure gated residence.
👉 Upon arrival, the RIBOLEYS concierge service provides a welcome kit, including kitchen towels and microfiber cloths, a new sponge, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, and a bath mat, allowing you to settle in comfortably from the very first moments.
👉 The RIBOLEYS team will welcome you directly at the property for key handover and will remain available and reachable throughout your stay.
👉 A baby kit (high chair and travel cot) can be rented as an optional service for €10 per stay, ideal for traveling light with a young child.

By plane: You can fly into Vias from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport. This airport is 5 kilometres from Vias town centre.
By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department.

During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Sunday to Sunday.
A security deposit of 200 € will be requested upon your arrival.
Guests are invited to bring their own bed linen and towels.
You can book bed linen and towel kits for €10 per person per stay.
Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you prefer, we can do it for you for a fee of 60 € TTC.
End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory in July and August.
If the cleaning fee does not appear when booking, it must be paid on-site when collecting the keys.
Youth groups are not accepted.
