The space

The apartment of approximately 65 m2 is located on the first floor of a lovely building WITHOUT a lift. To access the apartment you need to take the stairs.

-BEDROOM I with a queen bed and a wardrobe.

- BEDROOM II with a bunk bed, wardrobe and a desk.

-LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, dining table with chairs, an armchair

-KITCHENETTE with gas hob, fridge, freezer, Lavazza coffee machine, moka, oven, microwave, toaster, kitchen utensils;

-BATHROOM I with sink, shower, bidet, toilet.

-BATHROOM II with bathtub, sink, toilet and bidet

- Outdoor DINING AREA in the garden with umbrella, table and chairs.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).

Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C.
