When the main estate is booked, this bungalow is closed and vice versa.
So, when you book this bungalow, the rest of the estate is closed, and you will have sole, uninterrupted use of all of the grounds.
Set within the grounds of the old territory of Spains Hall, now owned by Jamie Oliver (yes, he will be your neighbour) is this exclusive detached home surrounded by 1.5 acres of private, secluded gardens and benefitting from far reaching country views that will simply take your breath away.
Relax in extreme peace and privacy.
The Famous Essex Highwayman: - 0.5 acres of secluded gardens.
Country walks.
Public footpaths.
The famous walkway used regularly by the infamous Dick Turpin and still sign posted to this day, leading you directly to lavishly preserved Blue Bell Inn once used as a hideout by Dick himself and today standing strong as a cherished local pub and exemplary restaurant.
The Sampfords are widely known as Essex best kept secret.
You are surrounded by nature, beauty and quite a few famous neighbours.
This is not a party town and although your neighbours are only few and not very close by, this is a place of rest and relaxation.

All of our properties are set up to give you complete privacy and convenience.
Smart locks are in place for access without the need to meet anyone and house manuals and other instructions are sent via email.
But we are still on hand, whenever you need us.

We had a great night away at Hawkesmead, it was in a stunning tucked away area of the countryside which was offered lovely views. The hot tub worked excellently and gave us a lovely scene of the field behind. Damian was a good host and answered any questions and acted quickly with any support we needed.

Great place with a LOVELY yard, amazing for taking a break. Really nice shower and lovely cinema room as well.
Was missing a few small amenities that were promised like Salt and pepper and oil, and there wasn't any tissues in the house aside from the two rolls of toilet paper provided.
Overall, would definitely come back! Great place.

This was the most amazing experience I have ever had, I was due to attend my fathers funeral the day after and the property just blew my mind. I couldn’t believe such a beautiful place was available at this price and I would stay every night if I had the opportunity. It relaxed me so much was able to get through my dad’s funeral please book if you have the chance .
