Welcome to Zenolac!
Set slightly above Sévrier and just 500 metres from the lake, discover a charming apartment, perfect for your family holiday! Ideal for 6 people, this apartment features a very large terrace with views of the mountains.
You can reach the lake and the municipal beach in less than 5 minutes on foot! The same goes for the shops, which are within a 400-metre radius.
The accommodation:
- Air-conditioned living room opening onto a fully equipped kitchen
- 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds that can be pushed together to form a ‘Nordic-style’ double bed
- 1 bedroom with a pull-out bed, i.e. 2 single beds
- 1 bathroom
- Separate toilet
- 1 large terrace
TV and high-speed Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, as well as a coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine and a hairdryer. Private parking within the estate. Linen will be provided for your stay.
Pets are not permitted in the apartment. Numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance.
You can get around without a car during your stay and leave your car in the estate car park (no private parking space). Sévrier is situated on the left bank of Lake Annecy, nestled amongst the mountains.
Enjoy the mountains, the harbour and the beaches! The beautiful town of Annecy is just 4 kilometres away. Check-in is available daily from 4pm to 9pm. After 9pm, if a self-check-in solution cannot be arranged, a €20 surcharge will apply. If the accommodation is available earlier, we’d be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day itself.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not being taken over that same evening. 🧳 To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly recommend using the “Lockin” luggage storage facility at 2 Rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety We look forward to welcoming you! Nearby: + Cycle path (400 metres away) linking Annecy to Bout du Lac + The beautiful town of Annecy, 4 kilometres away. + The beaches of Sévrier + Nearby ski resorts + Hiking trails How to get to the apartment: + By car, 1 hour from Geneva + On-site parking + By bus, 20–25 minutes from Annecy bus station

Zeer fijn modern huis, alles is aanwezig voor comfortabel verblijf. De keuken is zeer goed voorzien voor 6 personen. Grote badkamer en nog aparte douche aanwezig in de 3e ( kinder) slaapkamer. Overdekt en groot terras met prachtig uitzicht. Altijd keuze om in zon of schaduw te zitten. Rustige omgeving. Wij hebben genoten!
Het enige minpunt voor ons waren de harde bedden.
Hou rekening met de steile klim van meer naar huisje, vaak toch fiets / auto nodig gehad .
Mogelijk enige geluidshinder van bovenverdieping.
