Cocoonr is offering this charming flat for rent in L’Île-Rousse, with sea and mountain views, less than a kilometre from the beach.
It measures 65 m² and can accommodate up to 5 guests.
Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 35 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom (with shower) and a garden of approximately 60 m². Wi-Fi included.

The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 35 m² living area with two double sofa beds (140×190), a TV and a dining area - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed - A bathroom with a shower - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional amenities: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - Two terraces measuring 25 m² and 35 m², facing east, with furniture to enjoy sunny days - A shared garden of 50 m², fully enclosed The flat is ideally situated in Île-Rousse, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat’s private parking space. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest ferry terminal: Île-Rousse, approximately 1 km away - Nearest airport: Calvi-Sainte Catherine, approximately 22 km away Other notes: - Reversible air conditioning is available in the living room and bedroom - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our local partner). The rates shown are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner.

Die Unterkunft ist gut glegen mit Parkplatz und einer riesigen Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Fußläufig nur wenige Minuten bis in die Stadt. Viel Platz und alle Ausstattung die man benötigt.
