Beautiful holiday villa with private pool in a quiet Verquières neighborhood, just 10 minutes from Saint Rémy de Provence. Lovingly renovated by the owners, it combines authenticity with modern comfort. Featuring 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this villa accommodates 10 to 11 guests, making it an ideal retreat for a luxurious and relaxing vacation. Explore the Provencal charm, unwind by the heated private pool, and indulge in the delightful outdoor spaces.
This 2020-renovated holiday villa boasts approximately 180m² of living space.
The ground floor features:

Upstairs, the air-conditioned sleeping area comprises:
Bedroom 1 with a double bed (160cmx200cm)

Bedroom 4 with a single bed (90cmx200cm) and 1 bunk bed (2x90cm)

This beautiful property is situated on a fully fenced plot of 800m². In front of the south-facing terrace lies a lovely lawn for the enjoyment of both young and old. Numerous trees and flower beds with oleanders, lavender, jasmine, and roses surround the villa.
Next to the pool, there's a spacious poolhouse equipped with a comfortable outdoor lounge, shower room, toilet, sink, and gas hob. It features a long, cozy wooden table with benches. The heated pool, measuring 10m x 5.5m, is open from mid-April to late September and is secured by a safety gate.
For those seeking more tranquility and privacy, on the other side of the house (the sunset side), there's a small, intimate corner: a terrace with a pergola and wall fountain. At the entrance, there's a petanque court.
