Four bedrooms, each with an ensuite shower room and direct pool access, provide ultimate comfort. The upper floor features two additional bedrooms and a bathroom. A separate pavilion serves as a guest house with two bedrooms and shower rooms.
On the expansive 1-hectare grounds, enjoy the mesmerizing view of le Pont du Gard, along with amenities like a jacuzzi, hammam, and coffee bar. The heated pool, measuring 12mx5m, is secured and equipped with an outside shower and separate toilet in the poolhouse. Entertainment options include a table tennis table, boules court, and barbecues. A private heliport adds a touch of exclusivity.
