Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 94 m² house in La Haye-Pesnel to rent for up to 6 people. It has a lovely 32 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, three good bedrooms, a shower room and a 250 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 32 m² living room with TV and sofa.
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A dining area
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower, WC
On the second floor:
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190)
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A beautiful enclosed lawned garden of 100 m² is raised and accessible by stairs (6-7 steps) + a 15m² terrace to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in La Haye-Pesnel, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Many sports associations in the town
- Numerous cycle paths and walks nearby
- Mont-Saint-Michel 35min (38 km)
- Shuttle bus to Granville (beach) 400m from accommodation
Transport links :
If you choose to come by car, you can park a vehicle directly in the house's private car park on a concrete section between the house and the lawn. However, access is difficult: the gate is at the end of a (very) narrow semi-pedestrian lane, and there is no way to turn around.
There is also free public parking in front of the house at church level (often free and much more convenient than private parking).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Granville's nearest train station is about 20 minutes away by car
- The nearest airport to Granville is approximately 20 minutes away by car.
Other remarks :
- Childcare equipment on request at extra cost (high chair, cot, mattress, sheets are not provided, hire and payment to be made with our partner on site).
- Sheets and towels included
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
-All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- Free WiFi available (fibre optics)
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation at an additional cost of 15€ (one pet only). Please specify this when booking.
