The Cocoonr agency offers this charming house for rent in La Turballe, less than a kilometre from the beach, with a swimming pool, a surface area of 110 m² and capacity for up to 8 guests.
It comprises a lovely living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of around 100 m².
Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is available.
We look forward to welcoming you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - A 35 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area, fireplace (wood not provided)... - A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: 1 queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (140×190) - A bathroom with bathtub - A separate WC Upstairs: - Bedroom 3: one queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 4: 2 single beds - A shower room with shower and WC For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside: - A private, heated swimming pool (8m x 4m) open from May to the end of September, with a manual bar cover.
The opening dates of the swimming pool are not contractual.
A pool maintenance technician will visit every fortnight during the season. - A beautiful 100 m² enclosed garden - A 25 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days The house is ideally located in La Turballe, in a very pleasant environment.
You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities: - Visit Brière Park - Visit the salt marshes - Visit fishing ports - Ocean-related activities - La Baule, Guérande, Vannes, Piriac, La Croisic, etc.
Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate up to two vehicles.
For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest train station: La Baule station, about 21 minutes by car - Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique airport, about 1 hour 12 minutes by car Other comments: - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner). - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic) - The fireplace is functional, but wood is not provided - Pets are allowed in the accommodation (one cat or dog per stay) - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use. - Any request to arrive or depart outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
A flat-rate supplement may be charged. - Children must be supervised by a parent when swimming.

If the outside temperature falls below 16°C at night, the swimming pool cannot be heated.
