Agence Cocoonr offers this charming 25 m² air-conditioned studio apartment in Agde, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the ground floor, it comprises a 22 m² living room, a fitted kitchen and a bathroom.

We're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 22 m² living room with two convertible sofas (sleeps 4), TV and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. - Bathroom with shower and WC Outside: - A 12 m² south-west-facing terrace with garden furniture to make the most of the fine weather. The flat is ideally located in Agde, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. - Richelieu beach, where you can enjoy a wide range of water sports including paddle boarding, jetskiing and water sports... 2.5 km away. - Cap d'Agde international golf course, 1.5 km (14-minute walk) - La Conque beach 1.5 km away - Le Môle beach 450m away - Take a boat trip to visit the Fort Brescou marine reserve, the coast and sail up the Hérault to the heart of the historic town of Agde. - Discover the town of Sète, 25 km away (31 minutes by car). Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the rue de la Courette (cul-de-sac). There is also a large free covered car park 250 m from the residence, and recharging points for electric vehicles are available. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Gare d'Agde, 7 km away - Nearest airport: Béziers airport, 16 km away - Bus line 4, La Clape stop Other remarks : - Free Wi-Fi available - Pets are strictly forbidden in the accommodation due to allergies.
In the event of non-compliance, a flat-rate supplement of €15 per day will be applied. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.

Difficulté pour se garer devant la résidence (pas de parking dédié à l'appartement dans la résidence ).
Immeuble faisant caisse de résonance, et terrasse méritant d'être débarrassée des plantes envahissantes.
Sur l'appartement en lui même, rien à dire:bien équipé, bien agencé, très propre, meublé avec goût.
Bien situé et heureux d’avoir la Clim mais ne vaut pas le prix

La climatisation, le fait d’avoir un extérieur même s’il expose au soleil l’après midi et la machine à laver
Personnel pas serviable, terrasse non débroussaillée ce qui fait perdre de la place plus de nombreux insectes, le non confort des lits
