The Cocoonr Agency is pleased to offer this charming flat in Courseulles-sur-Mer, with harbour views, less than a kilometre from the beach.
It measures 50 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Situated on the 2nd floor (with a lift), it comprises a 30 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a bathroom. The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 30 m² living area with a sofa bed (sleeps 2), TV, dining area and a loggia overlooking the harbour/sea - A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and a loggia - A bathroom with a shower - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional amenities: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron. Nearby: - Sailing school and beach 300 m away - Marina opposite the flat - Fish market 300 m away - Town centre with all amenities 800 m away - Juno Beach Museum 500 m away - Caen, 20 km away (26 minutes by car) - Bayeux, 22 km away (26 minutes by car) Activities: D-Day anniversary, 80th anniversary of D-Day; June Acadian Week (Canadian festivities and concerts); August During your stay, you’ll have the chance to enjoy a wide range of activities: walks or cycle rides along the coast, at the marina or in the lovely Parc d’Edit, sailing school, market, fishing, museum, cinema, casino A visit to the Juno Beach Museum, situated between the sea and the flat and within walking distance. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in a private garage located in the neighbouring residential block (suitable for a small vehicle). There are also free car parks in the vicinity of the residence. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest railway station: Caen, 30 minutes’ drive away, with an express bus service during school holidays - Nearest airport: Caen - Carpiquet Airport, 20.5 km away (a 30-minute drive) - By car, 30 minutes from the city of Caen - By bus: a service runs from Caen; the bus stop is a 2-minute walk away Other notes: - Pets are welcome free of charge.
Only one pet weighing up to 5kg is permitted per stay. - The sofa has recently been replaced - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
Please leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. Appartement propre, le canapé meriterait d'être changer, en ce qui concerne le stationnement, dommage tellement de place vide dans la propriété, est aucune place destinée à l'appartement. Mais nous avons toujours trouvé une place proche.Très bon séjour. Merci
