Sleeping by the village canal of Giethoorn means waking up in an exceptionally charming setting.
This spacious and comfortably furnished apartment for eight people is located on a former farmstead in the village center.
Its ambiance evokes the Giethoorn of yesteryear, while you enjoy the comfort of modern, newly built accommodations.
The location is ideal for a peaceful holiday surrounded by nature in the Weerribben-Wieden National Park, with ample opportunities for hiking, cycling, and boating. The house features a spacious living room with a cozy sitting area, a flat-screen television, a games cupboard, and free Wi-Fi.
The fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a cooking island is equipped with a five-burner stove, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, combination microwave, kettle, and filter coffee maker.
On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single box-spring beds and an adjoining bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
There is also a second bathroom with a shower and infrared sauna on the ground floor, as well as a separate toilet. On the first floor are three bedrooms with double beds.
Two bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
All beds have single duvets.
The ground floor is fully equipped with underfloor heating; the upper floor has central heating. Outside, you'll enjoy a spacious terrace with garden furniture and two generous gardens, separated by a ditch with a small bridge.
One garden is designed for peace and relaxation, while the other is suitable for games and activities.
The garden borders a private nature reserve.
There is a covered bicycle shed with a charging station for e-bikes. Particularities • Sports clubs, student associations, youth groups (up to 25 years) and primary school groups are not allowed. • The minimum age of the main booker for this holiday home is 18 years. • Whisper boats, electric sloops, canoes and punts can be rented from the owner and from the location at a discount. We hebben een fijne tijd gehad en een mooi huis aan het water in Giethoorn. Het huis was niks op aan te merken, de schoonmaak had wel nog een puntje: de beneden slaapkamer rook erg stoffig en op de lampen in de huiskamer kon je je naam schrijven in het stof.
We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar. We hebben een prima tijd gehad.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub im Haus sehr genossen.
Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Der einzige negative Punkt ist, das es sehr warm war im Haus war. Es gibt keine Klima und die Lüftungsmöglichkeiten sind leider nicht optimal.
