Can Xirau Lux Castle consists of a 16th-17th century fortified tower attached to an old farmhouse and renovated with all the comforts.
The property is declared Cultural Heritage and has 1500m2 of garden, private swimming pool with sea views and all this just a few minutes away from white sandy beaches.
The interior of the castle can accommodate up to 12 people and is divided into 4 bedrooms, including a suite with a king size bed and 2 single beds (and A/C), another bedroom with a king size bed and bathroom with bathtub (and A/C), another more romantic bedroom with bathroom and shower and a last bedroom with 2 single beds and access to the garden.
In addition, in a small living room there is a double sofa bed.
There are 3 complete bathrooms and a toilet.
The main living room is spacious and has two levels, with different rest areas.
The furniture and decoration are in keeping with the style of the castle.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a table and chairs.
It also has an area with a work table.
The impressive outdoor area has a swimming pool, with garden area, ping pong table, sunbeds and some lovely corners with sofas and chairs.
There is also a barbecue and outdoor dining area.
The castle has high speed wifi and Smart TV.
Santa Susanna is a quiet village, of peasant origin, which in recent years has been populating the coastal areas.
The original village preserves the charm of the farmhouses or traditional houses.
It borders the Parc Natural del Montnegre i Corredor, a green space where you can go hiking or cycling.
Santa Susanna's beaches are wide and white sandy, and have been awarded the Blue Flag.
The Costa Brava begins very close, with its beautiful beaches and coves, which can be reached in 15 minutes by car: Cala Canyelles (Lloret de Mar), Fenals Beach (Lloret de Mar), Cala Boadella (Lloret de Mar), Cala de Santa Cristina (Lloret de Mar), Cala Sant Francesc (Blanes).

Le castillo est magnifique et l'extérieur (jardin et piscine) très agréable. Nous y avons passé une excellente semaine en famille. L'équipement n'est cependant pas entièrement satisfaisant (vaisselle insuffisante, ou parasol sans pied). La communication avec l'agence immobilière qui s'en charge a ét...
