Accommodation suitable for 34 people, with ample privacy due to the separate rooms. Families and groups of friends will enjoy themselves here immensely. It is also a perfect accommodation for schools, thanks to the playground and the sports field. The surrounding green will ensure that working groups can find a quiet and stable base here. The ground floor, and part of the bathrooms are fully modified to be wheelchair accessible. Naturally, you can use our free WiFi.

 A holiday home in Groningen with a large playground 

 In the living room you will find a TV, DVD player, shuffleboard, table football, and a spacious bookcase. The kitchen is well equipped (see kitchen facilities). There are 10 bedrooms in total (for the specific layout, see below). Duvets and pillows are provided. You can take your own bed linen, or rent it at the accommodation. The accommodation has two terraces with ample seating. The children can have fun in the spacious playground with play hill, rocket, and swing. You can also play volleyball and football on the playing field. Ask about the possibilities for a campfire!

 The group accommodation is located at the edge of the Lauwersmeer National Park, in a vast landscape with fresh (sea) air, cloudscapes, and a beautiful view. The area is perfect for birdwatchers, especially during the migration. Besides the "standard" activities, it is also possible to go mudflat hiking. Visit the city of Groningen or Dokkum, the northernmost city of the Frisian 'Elf Steden' (Eleven Cities). Consider a day trip to the Wadden Islands Schiermonnikoog, Ameland or Borkum (Germany), or go seal spotting on the Wadden Sea.
