All on the Ground Floor: Open plan living space.
Living area: Freeview TV, Gas Woodburner, Sofa Bed (Double) Adult (Double), French Doors Leading To Balcony Dining area.
Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Gas Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher Bedroom 1: ¾ Double (4ft) Bed Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet.
Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.
Doggy extras.
Shared on-site facilities: External laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Games room.
Cinema room.
Children’s play area.
Outdoor heated swimming pool (shared with other properties on-site, 10m x 5m, depth 1.1m x 1.4m, open from 10am - 9pm) with shower facilities and changing facilities.

This Scandinavian self-catering lodges sleep up to 6 guests.
The two bedrooms offer a kingsize bed and twin beds.
Each lodge features a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, a living area with a flat-screen TV and gas wood burner, and a shower room.
A delightful veranda with views over the river has outdoor seating perfect for a morning coffee.
Guests can also enjoy the shared, enclosed garden for leisurely morning breakfasts or evening conversations with a glass of wine, providing stunning views of the local countryside.
Facilities comprise an outdoor heated swimming pool with a separate shower, toilet, and changing room, as well as a cinema room, enclosed paddock for dogs, barbecue, sun terrace, river walks, and various seating areas for enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
A fully enclosed play area for children features swings, a slide, trampoline, and there is also a games room for both children and adults.
Each studio allows one dog and includes a doggy welcome pack, with dogs to be kept on a lead due to potential other dogs on site.
An enclosed paddock is designated for dog use.
There are communal laundry facilities available for guests use.
Please note that Pinecone Lodges and Studios now require a £80 refundable damage security deposit, payable 7 days prior to your stay and refunded within 7 days of guest departure post inspection and cleaning.

Really nice lodge, compact but comfortable. Very good shower!Excellent facilities for the children. Lovely warm swimming pool, hot tub, pool, table football and play area, all part of the booking. Very helpful hostThoroughly enjoyed the stay and children entertained all weekend, always something to do without leaving the site.

A beautiful setting with a comfortable lodge that was an excellent base for unwinding after sightseeing in Bath. The veranda looked out onto the river and trees. As the trees were growing from a slope to the river it felt like you were sitting in a tree house. The amenities were excellent on site with plenty to take advantage of.

We had a marvellous Christmas, sharing with our wider family- they were all able to come in, share a meal, a swim and then drive off. We really appreciated the range of opportunities open to us and the easygoing vibe of the management . Happy to come again!
