The Residenza Cristallo is a 2-storey house in which the Partérre flat is available for rent as a furnished holiday flat. The flat is south-facing. The car park is located in the garage in the neighbouring building. Flat description The generously designed 3.5 room flat in the Residenza Cristallo is located on the east side of the house. The flat has a garden seating area with pergola on the south side. The flat has two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a bathroom with bathtub. The closed separate kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, Nespresso capsule machine. Skis can be stored in the ski rack in front of the house. The bedrooms are carpeted and have laminate flooring. The remaining floors are covered with tiles or laminate. The flat is suitable for a maximum occupancy of 5 persons. Flims 7017 Flims Dorf is located in the Imboden region in the canton of Graubünden and is a great summer and winter holiday resort with many activities. Excellent shopping facilities are available. Flims is only 15 minutes from the motorway and 20 minutes from Chur. Flims is a popular family, biking and hiking paradise in Graubünden and is considered one of the most versatile holiday regions. The bedrooms are covered once with carpet and once with laminate. The rest of the floors are covered with tiles. The apartment is suitable for maximum occupancy of 5 people.
