The Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency is pleased to offer this charming flat in the village of Barèges, with mountain views, measuring 28 m² and accommodating up to 4 guests.
Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 20 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, a shower room (with shower) and access to a beautiful shared garden.
Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 20 m² living area with a double sofa bed with a slatted base (160x200), TV and dining area - A fully equipped kitchenette including: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, Philips L’Or Barista pod coffee machine, dishwasher, hob… - A sleeping area with a bunk bed (sleeps 2) - A bathroom with shower and toilet Outside: - A shared garden to enjoy on sunny days The flat is ideally situated in Barèges, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s private, numbered underground parking space. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Lio Bus 365 Occitanie from Lourdes (around 45 mins by car) - Nearest railway station: Lourdes, 39 km away (around 45 mins by car) - Nearest airport: Tarbes-Lourdes Pyrénées, 52 km away (approximately 55 minutes by car) Other notes: - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation. - Bed linen and towels are provided. - Wi-Fi is included. - Netflix and Disney+ included - End-of-stay cleaning is to be carried out by you (or available at an additional cost through our on-site service provider) - The studio can be rented for a three-week spa treatment.
