Ground floor with living room, kitchen, shower and toilet, second floor with two bedrooms for 4 persons, the bathroom upstairs has a bath with shower, sink, hair dryer, toilet and washing machine. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi connection, flat screen TV and satellite receiver. New fully fitted kitchen including Nespresso coffee machine.
First floor: kitchen, bathroom including shower, sink, hair dryer and separate toilet. Living room with sofa bed and balcony. Second floor has bathroom with toilet, double bedroom and bedroom with two single beds. Wifi is included in the apartment. Air conditioning in both bedrooms on 1st floor for cooling during the hottest days.
Apartment directly on Lake Como: in 2 minutes walk you are on the shore.
Acquaseria is located in a beautiful, quiet area where you can find many nice towns and villages with authentic restaurants. Local markets and stores within walking distance offer you the full experience of ‘La Dolce Vita’. Acquaseria is picturesquely situated between the mountains and Lake Como with all its possibilities: it is a very suitable area for swimming, walking, cycling, boat trips, day trips and castle gardens to visit.
There is a bus stop directly at the complex. From many places on the lake (Menaggio being the closest) you can take ferries to all the places on the lake including Como and Bellagio. In addition, Menaggio is 1 of the three points of ‘Golden Triangle’ of Menaggio, Bellagio and Varenna. The ferries come in many forms, from car ferry to wing boat. Both from the boat and from the road, you have views of the magnificent villas and lush gardens along the shores.
There are several free public parking spaces around the apartment complex. Due to the limited free parking space, we recommend to book a parking space in the indoor garage in July and August.
