This sumptuous architect-designed townhouse is built around a small private parking area, leading to an entrance building dedicated exclusively to the owners. Once through this space, a lush garden reveals itself, hosting a magnificent private swimming pool measuring 2.60 by 11 meters. This elegant exterior is the ideal place to savor the tranquility of the neighborhood and relax after a day of excursions in the city.
Inside, the house features an entrance hall leading to a spacious living room with open kitchen. Imagined and designed with exquisite refinement by the owners, both architects, this space offers an exceptional aesthetic experience. The fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, coffee machine, oven, kettle, etc.) will allow you to dine around an elegant table in a carefully designed setting. The living room, with its integrated video projector, offers optimal comfort for relaxing. The first floor is completed by a toilet with washbasin and a laundry area.
Upstairs, the house offers three bedrooms with queen-size beds. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a comfortable bed, a window and a workspace for a laptop. The last bedroom, furnished with the same warmth and comfort in mind, features a queen-size bed and a generous window. A second bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet add a touch of convenience to the first floor.
