Le Dune is ideal for a family: it has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 4/5 people.
The simple interiors are welcoming; the private garden is enclosed by hedges and offers a barbecue area for dining outdoors.
From the property there are lovely walks in the pine forests, as well as access to a bike path that leads to the town of Castiglione della Pescaia, where there are shops, restaurants, a scenic harbor, and a beautiful castle perched on the promontory.
The tourist attractions of Castiglione della Pescaia, Punta Ala, Follonica and the Argentario are within easy reach.
In Punta Ala there is also a famous Golf Club.
From the middle of June to the middle of September, you can use a beach umbrella, sun lounger and beach chair free of charge at the beach club next door.

Das Haus inkl. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt inmitten eines Pinienwaldes in Strandnähe. Eigener Privatstrand mit Schirm und Liege. Der Besitzer war sehr hilfreich mit der Empfehlung von Lokalen. Der Strand ist wunderbar und in der danebenliegenden Strandbar (Pinetina) ist man bestens und...

Danke, für einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Das Haus mit Garten ist sehr schön gelegen, nur einige Meter zum Sandstrand und zu Fuß kommt man schnell an die Promenade, Hafen und Altstadt von Castiglione della Pescara. Gerne kommen wir wieder.
