of a splendid rustic property completely renovated in Buttrio (UD) in a quiet area.
Reserved parking space in the fenced outdoor courtyard closed by a gate.Apartment just 20 minutes from Udine by car.
Buttrio is known for its hills overflowing with vines where fine wines known throughout the world are produced; you will have the chance to admire the sunset over the countryside!
Located on the second floor of a building with no lift.
In 52 sqm it comfortably accommodates 4 people.
ATTENTION: the accommodation does not have shutters, there is a darkening curtain in the bedroom.
LIVING AREA. Kitchenette with traditional oven, microwave, coffee machine and living area with double sofa bed and television.
DOUBLE BEDROOM.
