The holiday villa is located on the top of a hill surrounded by greenery with an enchanting view of Lake Bolsena and the neighboring valleys and hills of Tuscia, Tuscany and Umbria. The villa for rent in Lazio is located a short distance from the town so much so that the center of the nearest town of Montefiascone and the main services are easily reachable even by taking a walk but despite this the location is extremely quiet, away from the noise, where be able to rest and relax at any time of the day, the public bus service stop is located just 500 meters from the villa itself. This holiday rental villa, with its dominant position, is the ideal place to admire enchanting sunrises and sunsets on Lake Bolsena. It is made up of four large independent apartments, all reachable by an internal staircase so that each family/group can have their own privacy in their own apartment to sleep but then gather together on the ground floor to eat and celebrate. The apartments are: -- Il Giglio Rosso is located on the ground floor with 3 double bedrooms furnished with wooden bed and wardrobe, 2 bathrooms both with shower, dining room with fireplace, kitchen, satellite TV, large patio furnished with large table and chairs, barbecue, wood oven, beautiful view of the lake. -- Il Giglio Giallo is the apartment located on the first floor with 3 double bedrooms furnished with wooden bed and wardrobe, 2 bathrooms both with shower, dining room with fireplace, furnished kitchen, free wifi, air conditioning, independent heating , satellite TV, large patio furnished with table and chairs, barbecue, large terrace all around, enchanting view of the lake. -- Il Giglio Bianco is located on the second floor with 2 double bedrooms furnished with wooden beds, 2 bathrooms both with shower, dining room, furnished kitchenette, free wifi, air conditioning, independent heating, satellite TV, furnished terrace with table and chairs and on the upper floor an exclusive 60 m2 solarium furnished with table, chairs and sun loungers, breathtaking 360 degree view. -- Il Giglio Blu is located on the S1 ground floor with 2 double bedrooms furnished with wooden bed and wardrobe, 2 bathrooms both with shower, dining room with fireplace, furnished kitchen, free wifi, air conditioning, independent heating, TV satellite, small square furnished with table and chairs. Guests can gather together on the ground floor in the dining room or in the large patio with fantastic views of the lake equipped with a large barbecue and wood-burning oven where you can taste pizzas and typical dishes with our chef (on request). Inside the villa there is a baroque style room, "Il Giglio Oro" of approximately 80 m2 (air conditioning/heating) where we can celebrate the special moments of the holiday together. Attached to the party room there is a furnished kitchen. The "Cantina Dei Gigli", also inside the villa, is available to guests to taste our typical wines. Part of the villa is a completely fenced 11000m plot with access from an automatic gate, with a garden area with centenary oak trees, tables and chairs in the shade of the trees, a playground for both adults - ping pong, table football, tam-tam - and baby - mini slide, mini tunnel, rocking desk. A sandy road and a large staircase lead to the private pool area surrounded by greenery consisting of a swimming pool and a second circular pool with fantastic hydromassage (multicolored lighting) large solarium area with four umbrellas, sun loungers, tables, shower and where to organize private parties and dinners. Pool measurements: 8x4m, 1.4m deep. Jacuzzi attached to the swimming pool: 4 meter diameter, 0.9m deep. Chlorine filtration. A dirt road and a wooden staircase lead to a fountain with a source of spring water, an orchard and a small forest. The free main car park is located in a very convenient position, 10 m from the entrance to the villa, easily accessible even by people in wheelchairs as there are no stairs between the car park and the ground floor apartment. I Gigli is the ideal place to stay for visiting nearby sites of naturalistic and artistic interest such as Civita di Bagnoregio, Lake Bolsena and its islands, the Terme Di Viterbo, Orvieto, Bomarzo, Tarquinia, Terme di Saturnia, Val d' Orcia and Pienza can be reached in a few minutes by car and Rome and Assisi can be reached in just over an hour by car; we can organize a minibus with departure and arrival directly at the villa to take guests to visit these fantastic places. From the villa you can easily reach a bicycle rental and a riding stable to discover the magnificent nature trails around the lake by bike, on horseback or by walking. There are near the villa or many typical restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, cellars producing typical wines and extra virgin olive oil where you can organize fantastic tastings. 20kW of electricity per day is included, after that the cost is €0.50/kW. From June to September gas consumption is included. In the other months, 2 cubic meter per day are included and after that the cost is €5.00/cubic meter.
