The accommodation is equipped with all comforts, including air conditioning, wifi, and a delightful balcony, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the city view.
We are in a strategic location, easily accessible and close to numerous amenities, shops, and restaurants, making everyday life convenient and pleasant. The interior space is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (including an induction stove, refrigerator, Moka pot, coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, oven, toaster, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses), double sofa bed, dining table, split A/C, and access to the balcony; - BEDROOM with a double bed, chest of drawers, and wardrobe; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and WC; - BALCONY with a small table and two chairs. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, centralized heating, air conditioning (one split unit in the living room), washing machine, clothes rack, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. NOTE: Please be aware of a step at the entrance of the building. The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay. PLEASE NOTE Waste sorting and disposal are MANDATORY and are the responsibility of guests.
Any failure to comply may result in additional charges at check-out. WARNING: - If waste is not correctly sorted and disposed of at the designated times and locations, in accordance with the instructions provided at check-in, a penalty of €50.00 will be charged. The location was great, very close to the center and walking distance from everything. Two big public parkings are located within 5 minutes walking distance, and are quite cheap. The apartment has everything we needed, and we had a pleasant time in Udine.

Appartamento in ottima posizione rispetto al centro città. L’arredo è semplice ma ordinato e ben armonico, gli spazi sono piacevoli e ben organizzati. La fornitura di accessori per la cucina è soddisfacente e il bagno è luminoso e ben sistemato. È stato un soggiorno gradevole e senza intoppi.

Nice place, clean, matches the photos and is in a good location. Not a super well-equipped kitchen - just the basics - but has enough to cook for yourself. Apartment is spacious enough and has a good bathroom. Everything is a short walk away.
