A beautiful villa for 7 people a few metres from the beach in Briatico.
Villa delle Sirene is located above the sea, separated from an intimate and cosy beach by a flight of steps that runs from the villa's garden down the slope of the coast to the sea.
The house is located in a quiet residential area between Briatico and Sant'Irene.
Here you can enjoy a holiday in Calabria with all the comforts, in complete tranquillity, lulled by the sound of the sea. The recently renovated Villa delle Sirene is a blend of contemporary taste and Mediterranean style.
On the first floor are 2 double bedrooms with bathrooms.
The second floor, an open-plan attic, houses 3 single beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
It can therefore accommodate up to 7 persons + one or two cots.
The ground floor, on the other hand, houses 2 more bathrooms with shower and toilet, a comfortable living room and a spacious kitchen, directly open to the garden.
The tastefully furnished terrace and garden are wonderful places to enjoy life in the open air with a sea view. The recently renovated Villa delle Sirene is a blend of contemporary taste and Mediterranean style.

Buona posizione strategica per il mare. Vicina a ristoranti mercato bar. La villa con qualche accortezza in più sarebbe al top mentre è un po' trascurata specialmente esternamente.

Schönes Haus genau zwischen Pizzo (Tartufoeis) und Tropea (Traumkulisse/Strand). Treppe direkt vom Garten zu einem Steinstrand, kurz über ein paar Steine steigen oder schwimmend auch sehr schöner Sandstrand, eine einsame Bucht mit tollem klarem Wasser. Bäcker und Supermarkt in Briatico City ca 4 Autominuten entfernt. Gerne wieder :)

A really nice property, in a wonderful spot overlooking the beach. A walk down some steps and you're on a small, but pretty private beach. Location is a little bit out of town so no restaurant open in walking distance, but it did mean it was very peaceful.
The management company were very responsive and helpful when we needed to postpone due to covid.
