Villa Nica is a beautiful house with private pool just steps away from renowned San Lorenzo beach in southeast Sicily, halfway between the Vendicari nature reserve and the coastal village of Marzamemi. The house is surrounded by a well-tended garden with a green lawn, and a large terrace equipped with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue.

This comfortable villa also offers a lovely saltwater pool (no chlorine). The villa was recently built, with one story of bright and welcoming interiors facing the outside.
