In Plougastel-Daoulas, this 180 m² Breton house with sea view can accommodate up to 8 people.
Ideal for a family or group of friends, it combines space, comfort and a privileged location: a triple-exposed 88 m² living room with a view of the harbour, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath), a vast 1,500 m² garden and a large private car park with space for up to 4 vehicles.
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200), cot, en-suite bathroom with whirlpool bath and shower
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 3 (adjoining, accessible and provides access to bedroom 4): two single beds (90x190) - ideal for children
- Bedroom 4: a king-size bed (180x200) that can be divided into two single beds, bathroom with shower
- separate WC
Upstairs (triple aspect to take advantage of the view over the harbour and the garden):
- 88 m² living room with sofas, armchairs and TV
- Dining room
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, dishwasher, cot and high chair, iron and ironing board, barbecue.
Outside :
- Large private car park for 4 vehicles
- Garden level: 70 m² terrace with garden furniture
- Upstairs, a 25 m² terrace with garden furniture, parasols and sun loungers available from May to the end of September.
View over the harbour. - 1,500 m² unfenced garden - A barbecue The house is located in a residential area 80 metres from the shore (pebble beach), 5 minutes from the port and Moulin Blanc beach (white sand beach). Supermarkets and small shops are just 5 minutes away. Activities : - Leclerc exhibition in Landerneau 15 km away - Hiking trail 2 metres away - Océanopolis 6 km away - 30 minutes from the Crozon peninsula and the north Finistère coast. Events nearby : - Strawberry Festival in June (costume parades, floats, fair...) - Concert halls and shows in Brest (Carène, Arena, Capucins...) - Sailing race at the Moulin Blanc harbour Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the two large car parks for 4 vehicles at the house. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Brest railway station is 10 km away - Brest-Bretagne airport is 12 m away - Bus line 200 m away Other remarks : - The shower taps are 1.95 metres off the ground for child safety. - Bed linen and towels included. - Free WiFi available (fibre optics). - Pets accepted for a supplement of €15/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - The house is not heated from 1 May. If necessary, heating can be requested from the manager (option at €10/day). To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Book&Pay team (ad management and reservations service) and Conciergerie Les Clés en Mains (concierge / housekeeping service).

The house is in a rural area with easy access to Brest.
The upstairs living area is lovely and and has a wonderful view of the estuary.
Downstairs there are 4 comfortable and spacious bedrooms but only one toilet.
Both master bedrooms could easily accomodate a full ensuite, to make this rental excellent

Ty Kap "Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à 7 dans cette grande maison bien équipée. La terrasse est très agréable avec une vue sur la rade de Brest.
Nous avons pu profiter des nombreux équipements de la maison notamment le barbecue. La litterie est également très confortable !
