## Space Close to the ocean and the shops, this beautiful charming house with exposed wood beams will be ideal for your future exceptional stay in the Landes ! This nice 112 sq. m house, will seduce you with its soothing and warm decor.
It includes: - a large garden with a furnished terrace and barbecue, - a welcoming spacious living-room, - three bedrooms with double beds, - one bathroom with bathtub, - a perfectly-equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hotplates, dishwasher, fridge, freezer), - vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing equipment, fan, - TV, Wi-Fi and stereo equipment, - inflatable hot tub.
It is formally forbidden to recharge your electric car in this accommodation, on pain of bail. → A high quality cleaning will be organized before your arrival and after your departure → We also provide bed linens, towels, soap, shampoo ## Neighborhood The accommodation is within walking distance of the center of Benesse-Maremne village, where you will find numerous shops and restaurants.
In addition to these commodities, you will be able to enjoy the beaches of Capbreton and Hossegor for a relaxing moment or water activities (6 min by car), or discover the national Orx marshes nature reserve 10 min away by car.
Lastly, if you feel like it, you can visit the ecomuseum of the Landes Regional Nature Park, 1 hour away by car. ## Transit Biarritz Airport → 30 min by car ## Access At your arrival, you will be welcomed by the concierge of Welkeys who will give you keys and will assist you during your stay. ## Interaction We will be at your disposal before, during and after your stay.

Logement agréable. Gros bémol, ménage 240 euro super excessif surtout que la maison n était pas propre à notre arrivée. Nous avons du rappeler la personne en charge de l accueil pour qu elle revienne faire le ménage.
Logement avec des chambres assez grandes et une bonne literie. Salle de bain au RDC mais 2 toilet...

Logement avec des chambres assez grandes et une bonne literie. Salle de bain au RDC mais 2 toilettes à chaque niveau ce qui est appréciable. Cuisine spacieuse, jardin fermé avec jacuzzi et plancha à disposition. Tout est bien pour passer un bon séjour.

Die Welkeys Betreuerin vor Ort war immer erreichbar und. Hat sofort geantwortet. Die Vermieter haben sich immer umgehend um Fragen und Probleme gekümmert.
