Only 3 min away by foot from the beach, this flat will be perfect for your next relaxing stay in the South of France !
This nice and comfortable 70 sq. m apartment, located on the 6th and last floor (with lift), includes :
- A large furnished terrace,
- A cozy living room,
- An air-conditioned bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm),
- Another air-conditioned bedroom with two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed,
- A fully equipped kitchen (kettle, toaster, coffee maker, stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher),
- A bathroom with a bathtub and shower,
- Vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing facilities,
- TV, Wi-Fi.
The accommodation is located on the 6th floor: the lift goes up to the 5th floor, with a few steps to climb afterwards.
Although the barbecue is visible in the photos, it cannot be used.

Located only 3 min away from the beach and the sea, you'll be able to enjoy the sea air in order to fully relax.
You'll be near all the shops, restaurants and bars.
The Antibes train station will only be a 5 min drive away, and MarineLand will only be a 15 min drive away.
Don't forget to go explore Antibes' old city, known for its small and nice streets, its Picasso museum, and the Vauban port and the ramparts.
Finally, you'll only be a few min away by car from Cannes and Nice. ## Transit Juan les Pins train station → 3 min away by foot Antibes train station → 5 min away by foot From the Nice airport → 30 min away by car or 50 min away by transports ## Access At your arrival, you will be welcomed by the concierge of Welkeys who will give you keys and will assist you during your stay. ## Interaction We will be at your disposal before, during and after your stay.

L’emplacement près de la plage.
Negative:
L’auvent de la terrasse était condamné ce qui empêche d’en profiter. Le parasol lourd et donc peu maniable et ne couvrant pas toute la table n’est pas une solution de substitution.
