- a large garden with a terrace, a heated swimming pool (from June 1st to September 30th), two poolhouses with a barbecue, and a pétanque terrain,

- a bright and welcoming living room, with a pool table,

- three bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm),

- a night corner with a comfortable sofa-bed,

- three bathrooms with showers,

- a well-equipped open-plan kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, hotplates),

- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hairdryer, ironing equipment,

- TV, Wi-Fi and AC.

- a closed private parking for three cars. It is formally forbidden to recharge your electric car in this accommodation, on pain of bail.


The swimming pool is heated from 1 June to 30 September.

## Neighborhood


The accommodation is within walking distance of the center of Benesse-Maremne village, where you will find shops and restaurants. In addition to these commodities, you will be able to enjoy the beaches of Capbreton and Hossegor for a relaxing moment or water activities (6 min by car), or discover Orx marshes 10 min away. Lastly, if you feel like it, you can visit the ecomuseum of the Landes Regional Nature Park, 1 hour away by car.
