## Space In a quiet neighborhood, with the beach just 10 min away walking, you will not miss anything to enjoy the city and the ocean air! This enjoyable apartment of 34m² with a terrace is composed of : - a nice terrace with outdoor furniture, - a living room with a comfortable sofa-bed, - a bedroom with double bed upstairs, - an open kitchen ( coffee machine, toaster, microwave, oven, fridge, cooking plates), - a bathroom with a tub, - TV, - a secured private parking spot, - access to the residence's swimming pool (open from May to October). → Hotel quality cleaning is carried out before your arrival and after your departure. → Our guests will be provided with all the essentials for comfort and hygiene such as bed linen, towels, soap, shampoo Cots can be rent on request, subject to availability. ## Neighborhood Located in Bidart this charming apartment is ideally located just a few steps from the beach! Less than 10 min away from the village center, you will be in the best place to enjoy Bidart, a typical Basque village.
There, you will find many restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity and you will be able to enjoy the Basque tradition in all areas.
Finally, you will be able to find Biarritz in a less than 20 min drive to enjoy the famous coastal city. ## Transit Biarritz train station → 10 min by car From Biarritz airport → 10 min by car ## Access On arrival, you will be greeted by a Welkeys concierge who will be responsible for handing over the keys. ## Interaction We will be available throughout your stay, please do not hesitate to contact us if needed. ## Notes Please note the following additional charges: - Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€. - Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44€.

L’emplacement de l’appartement est idéal.
Il est agréable à vivre.
L’éclairage au-dessus de la table haute était insuffisant.
Le ménage aurait pu être un peu mieux fait, des touffes étaient présentes un peu partout.
Le lit canapé n’avait pas été fait … ce que nous avions un peu regretté en arrivant le soir.
