Situated on the 7th floor with elevator, this very nice 27 sq. m studio includes: - a pleasant and sunny terrace with a breathtaking view on the Place de l'Europe and Antigone district, - a bright living space with a storable double bed, - a bathroom with shower, - a well-equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge, hotplates), - vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, - TV, AC, - an underground parking lot. → A high quality cleaning will be organized before your arrival and after your departure → We also provide bed linens, towels, soap, shampoo ## Neighborhood Located in Antigone district, just a 15-min walk from the historic center of Montpellier, this accommodation will be perfect if you wish to visit the city and enjoy all its activities while staying in this area with an incredible architecture.
The apartment is a 20-min walk away from the Place de la Comédie and the train station.
Close to the center of Montpellier, you will find many bars and restaurants as well as gardens, museums and other attractions in this lively and dynamic city: check out the Place de la Canourgue, the Fabre museum and the Tower of Babote, if you feel like having a very nice dinner or drink! Lastly, if you wish to take advantage of the beaches, the seaside resort of Palavas-les-Flots is only 15 minutes away by car. ## Transit Place de l'Europe tramway station → 6 min on foot Montpellier Saint-Roch train station → 5 min by car or 20 min on foot Montpellier Méditerranée Airport → 15 min by car ## Access At your arrival, you will be welcomed by the concierge of Welkeys who will give you keys and will assist you during your stay. ## Interaction We will be at your disposal before, during and after your stay.
