## Space This 43 m² apartment, renovated in May 2017, is located on the 6th floor with elevator.
It's ideally located 200m from Roland-Garros and 500m from the Parc des Princes, you'll also be close to the Molitor swimming pool and the Bois de Boulogne with the Longchamp racecourse.
And it's just a few minutes by metro to the center of Paris.
This calm and warm apartment includes : - a modern and bright living room, - a bedroom with double bed, - a well-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, oven, microwave, fridge), - a bathroom with bathtub, - washing machine, ironing equipment, - Wi-Fi and TV.
Please note the additional fees below for : - Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€ - Late check-in from 12 am to 6 am: 44€ → A high quality cleaning will be organized before your arrival and after your departure → We also provide bed linens, towels, soap, shampoo ## Neighborhood This flat benefits from a perfect location, just nearby Roland-Garros and Parc des Princes stadium.
There are plenty of cultural venues (La Seine Musicale is 30 min away on foot).
The Bois de Boulogne is just 2 min away on foot, perfect for a walk or to join main music festivals in Paris (Solidays or Lollapalooza).
All shops are in immediate proximity.
