Situated on the 2nd and last floor of a new residence with elevator, this bright and calm studio of 26 sq. m includes: - a pleasant sunny and furnished balcony, - a quiet and bright living room with double bed, - a bathroom with shower, - a well-equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, toaster, juicer, microwave, fridge, hotplates, electric plancha,), - vacuum cleaner, hairdryer and ironing equipment, - TV, Wi-Fi, AC, - an underground parking lot. → A high quality cleaning will be organized before your arrival and after your departure → We also provide bed linens, towels, soap, shampoo ## Neighborhood Located just a 15-min walk from the historic center of Montpellier, this accommodation will be perfect if you wish to visit the city and enjoy all its activities while staying in a quiet and accessible area.
The apartment is a 20-min walk away from the Place de la Comédie and 15 min from the train station.
Close to the center of Montpellier, you will find many bars and restaurants as well as gardens, museums and other attractions in this lively and dynamic city: check out the Place de la Canourgue, the Fabre museum and the Tower of Babote, if you feel like having a very nice dinner or drink!
