Completely renovated and tastefully decorated, this superb contemporary apartment (adapted to PMR standards) features 2 terraces allowing you to enjoy the first rays of sunshine, 2 bedrooms, and a private parking space.
With a maximum capacity of 4 people, the apartment is composed as follows: - Daytime area: A spacious living room with terrace (equipped with a table and 6 chairs) offers beautiful brightness in a peaceful setting, a fully equipped open kitchen with central island, and a beautiful lounge area with Smart TV - Nighttime area: You'll find a beautiful bedroom with a Queen-size bed (160x200cm), a dressing room, and a terrace (equipped with 2 deck chairs) offering a partial sea view, as well as a second bedroom with 2 single beds and a dressing room. - A shower room completes this property.
The toilets are separate.
The location is idyllic for those who wish to enjoy Deauville while being in a quiet area (50m from the beach and the highly sought-after beach restaurants, 500m from the Franciscan Monastery of Deauville, 3 minutes by car from the city center and the casino (10 minutes walk)).
The residence is brand new and fully secured.
Available for your use: bed linen and towels, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, etc...
Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
Upon request, a private indoor parking space can be provided for the duration of your stay.

Nous étions avec une personne à mobilité réduite et l’appartement convient parfaitement.
