##Space Ideally located in the heart of Rouen, just a few minutes’ walk from the train station and the famous Place du Vieux Marché, this contemporary apartment has been fully renovated.
Bright and spacious, it offers modern amenities and optimal comfort.
The location is perfect for fully enjoying the charm and vibrant life of Rouen, while remaining close to major road connections for your travels.
Shops, restaurants, and the city’s main attractions are all within easy reach.
With a maximum capacity of 4 guests, the apartment includes: - An open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, worktop, plenty of storage, and kitchen utensils. - A spacious living and dining area. - A master suite with a Queen size bed (160x200 cm), large dressing area, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. - A second bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm) and a dressing area.
Bed linen, towels, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, and other amenities are provided.
Please note: Breakfast is not included.
The apartment does not have a private parking space, but several public parking areas are available nearby.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise should be limited between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
No festive events will be tolerated in the accommodation.
In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the lease and activate the bank guarantee in case of excesses or damage.

Your journeys will be facilitated due to its proximity to railway and road axes.
You will be only 2 minutes from the train station; this accommodation is ideally placed for all your travels in the region (Deauville, Honfleur, Etretat, etc.).

Tres bon accueil de Suely dans ce magnifique appartement tout proche du centre ville. Les places de parking a proximité sont rares. Nous avons préféré un parking couvert du centre ville pour nous garer.
Très bel appartement, fidèle aux photos, très bien situé près de la gare et du vieux Rouen.
