##Space Stunning apartment located in the Les Terrasses residence, it will charm travelers looking to enjoy a magnificent accommodation offering a view of the Normandy countryside as well as a sea view, just a few steps away from Deauville's beachfront restaurants! Located on the border between Deauville and Tourgéville, in a prestigious residence, this superb chic and elegant apartment will offer you all the comfort you need to recharge.
You can enjoy the sea and the beach which are located 30m from the apartment and are visible from every window! With a maximum capacity of 4 people, the apartment is composed as follows: - A large, very bright living room with an open kitchen to a living/dining area offering a magnificent view of Deauville with a small sea view. - On the night side, you will find two beautiful bedrooms equipped respectively with a Queen Size bed (160x200cm) and a double bed (140x200cm). - A high-end bathroom with an Italian-style shower. - Separate toilet.
The location is idyllic for those who wish to enjoy the charm of Deauville while being in a quiet area (3 minutes walk from the city center and the casino).
Also provided for your convenience: bed linen and towels, free WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher, etc...
Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
For tennis lovers, remember to bring your rackets and balls, upon request and reservation with the residence's caretaker, you can enjoy 2 tennis courts facing the sea.
Upon request, we can also offer you a private parking space.

No festive event will be tolerated in the accommodation.
In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the lease and activate the bank deposit in case of overflow or damage.
